How to Get 6 Pack Abs – Simple Exercises To Gain Six Pack Abs

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

The ultimate 6 pack is every guy´s dream. However, not every guy is motivated (or genetically-gifted) enough to work it out and eat right in order to get that perfect pair of rock-hard, washboard abs. The fact that you are sitting reading this is proof that you do not belong to that category, so read on.

If you want to get to know how to get 6 pack abs you must do your homework. Diving right in to crunches and leg lifts without knowing the proper technique can leave you disillusioned and sore.

Fitness experts also say that the road to the 6 pack is a combination of the right diet and exercise, which means that you might have to cut back on those burgers and fries and incorporate some cardio and weights along with the all-time favorite, the crunch.

Doing cardio will help you shed off the extra pounds, which will help you see your abdominal muscles minus the layer of fat on top. Eating small but frequent meals a day keeps your metabolism stoked so that your body keeps burning calories but is supplied with enough energy to keep you from overeating.

Crunches is not the only answer to having tight abs. Other ways on how to get six pack abs is to do reverse crunch. In this exercise you lie on the floor with knees at a 90 degree angle to, feet a few inches off the floor and legs together. Lift your hips up and towards your rib cage, exhaling as you contract. The reverse crunch is great at working the lower rectus abdominis and transverse muscles.

Another great abs exercise is the bicycle, done by lying supine with your hips and knees bent at 90 degrees. With your hands behind your head and chest curled over the ribs, extend the left leg while bringing the right towards your chest, rotating your left shoulder to the right knee.

For a more effective workout, visit the gym and ask your trainer to help you do the exercises properly, since proper technique is important at targeting specific abs muscles.

If you want to learn how to get 6 pack abs fast, i recommend Mike Geary The Truth about Abs program. Learn how to get 6 pack abs the easy way without spending hours at the gym.

Anybody Here Who Wants To Lose Belly Fat The Healthy Way?

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

So, what is truth in getting a flat stomach, in getting rid of belly fats and building your own six-pack abs? Are the truths from you and from others different? In the world of the diet industry, there is only one simple truth and the truth is, for you to get rid of excessive fats and getting an over-all great physique, you don’t need help from least effective cardios, from junk foods disguised as health foods and from expensive yet useless fat burners but what you need is a good guide that has the best belly fat burning workout and one of them most highly recommended book guide of all is Turbulence Training.

The person who have come up with this program is Craig Ballantyne. Craig is a Strength & Conditioning coach in Toronto, a contributing author to Men’s Health magazine and a member of the Training Advisory Board for Maximum Fitness and Oxygen magazines. So, with this in mind, he is also a top authority when it comes to dieting and physical fitness. As a matter of fact, Craig has his own share of problems for obesitynot too long ago. So, what he did was to do a lot of research and development that will eventually lead him to the result of creating an “intensified” fat burning workout routine for all people even though how busy they are with their daily obligations.

You see, one of the causes of the problems of obesity today is because a lot of people are too busy facing their work everyday and they don’t even have time anymore to get in shape. Worst things can come for them when they go to fast-food restaurants and order false food for breakfast. Then, to make things more beneficial, they will go for diet pills instead which will , as a matter of fact, do more harm than making something better. But what can they do about it? They really don’t have time for exercising and this is where Turbulence Training comes in. Now, more people have agreed that this is the best of all home workouts guide that they have ever come across and they don’t even have to worry about putting their dialy tasks in a compromising position.

Three Steps To Six Pack Success

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

Before I lay out the 3 simple steps to achieving six pack abs, I would like to tell you a story about a guy who trained like crazy, did all sorts of sit ups, crunches and curls, medicine ball workouts, weight lifting, you name it he did it, but you know what he never got his six pack and here is the reason why. He was going about it all wrong.

A lot of people are frustrated by not being able to get abdominal definition and I know how this feels as I personally struggled to achieve a nice six pack for years.

You know you are probably going to kick yourself when you finally see where this guy and most others go wrong in their vain attempts to chisel out that six pack. I know it hit me like a breath of fresh air when I suddenly saw the reason for most people’s failure, including my own.

What IS The Truth About Six Pack Abs?

Bewildered, confused, searching for truth? If this is you, then I would like to say that it is not really your fault.

Let me explain.

The captains of industry know that they stand to make far more money from you if they sell you a half solution and not a complete cure. If they can get you halfway there, and still leave you in a state of frustration, then you will be more likely to come back at a later stage and buy their next offering, since your initial problem remains unsolved.

What I am talking about is the fitness industry ab wonder worker machines. They know very well how important physical fitness and good health is to many people, and they also know that once they establish a connection with a buying customer, their livelihood is going to be extended if they can sell you not one, not two but a seemingly endless supply of ab worker, ab lounge, ab kingwhatever products, knowing very well that the seat of the problem is not being dealt with, leaving you the purchaser wanting more and vulnerable for the next miracle cure.

Really It Is Not Your Fault

Let’s be honest here, put your hand up (don’t worry no one is looking) if you have caved into a late night infomercial of some kind and bought one of these products thinking that finally you had the answer to your lack of six pack definition?

Those deceptive commercials only show you professional models that have not used the products, or they show you customers who have used their product but only as a small part of an overall fitness campaign that really had little to do with the ab-whatever machine.

So what is the answer? What are the 3 simple steps to six pack heaven?

3 Simple Steps To Six Pack Abs

1. To achieve a six pack you need to remove the fat that hides your abdominal muscles, (we all have six packs they are just hidden).

2. You need to exercise your abdominal muscles in the correct way and at proper intervals to get definition once the fat is dealt with.

3. You need a system to help you achieve the above that will keep you motivated in your quest for abdominal definition that is going to be your guide for the rest of your life.

Now that doesn’t sound that hard does it? You see, we are brain washed by these false advertisements that promise something that cannot be delivered.

You simply cannot get out what you don’t put in.

If you don’t put in the correct amount of nutrition, regular vigorous exercise and continue to adopt this as a lifestyle, then you cannot expect to get a nice six pack or proper health for that matter.

“Get Six Pack Abs In Six Seconds”. Doesn’t that sound ridiculous? Of course it does but we have been brain washed and really it is not your fault that you find yourself here today wondering just what to do about this problem.

Now you may have heard about a fitness trainer by the name of Mike Geary, he is the author and publisher of one of the best selling ebooks of all time, on the subject of six packs, called the “Truth About Abs”. This book lays out the 3 steps above in a logical, no nonsense manner that is easy to follow. It is relatively inexpensive and just think how you will feel to have finally found a real solution to your six pack quest.

Apart from all the money you will not be spending on useless gimmicks, you will have the six pack you have always desired. So stop buying into the lies and start living the life you have always wanted, the truth is out there and it is time more people like yourself knew about it.

Muscle Building Sports Supplements

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

To begin muscle building successfully, you have to be prepared to learn about nutrition. You have to start to understand how your body works fully and how it uses the food you eat to begin to repair itself, especially after a work out. Body building may be extremely hard work but no matter how hard you train and exercise, if you do not eat right you will never make it as a professional and competitive bodybuilder.

When you exercise or train your muscles become torn. Tiny tears in the muscle tissue appear after exercise or training. Then as you rest your muscles will then start to repair themselves. As they become torn and then continue to repair themselves, the muscles then grow and become stronger because of it. Your muscles gain need calories and food in order to provide the energy it takes to repair the torn muscles, but it is not just the in take of calories that counts but consuming the right types of calories and food groups.

Professional body builders have to eat just right, but sometimes an extremely busy schedule and sometimes family obligations make it hard to do so. For this reason, a lot of body builders decide to take body building sports supplements. Body building sports supplements will give you the right types of calories and in the exact amount.

The bodybuilding sports supplements are sold in abundance any where, where vitamins and health foods are sold. There are many supplements for all kinds of body building needs. One person may want the body building sports supplements that increase the exact amount of protein that one consumes, but another person may want a body building sports supplement that burns their fat content.

For what ever your needs are there is a specific muscle building sports supplement for you. It does not matter if your a professional bodybuilder who plans to be on stage in a few months or your an amateur who wants to look good in a bathing suit for the next holiday. For whatever your needs are, muscle building sports supplements can help massively.

For your muscles to grow, they need a certain amount of protein, they will also need carbohydrates and, believe it or not, they need a certain amount of fat. They do however need these things in different amounts at different times. If you are not 100% sure what are the right foods to eat, do it slowly and carefully and then do it right and go out and get some body building sports supplements and take the guessing out of looking great and building hard earned muscle mass.

Muscle Building -- Know Your Muscle

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

You may want to start body building and start entering competitions, but before this you need to know your own body. Know what your limits are and what suits you best. Your body has a story to tell so you have to listen to make sure you do not end up getting injured. Your body and the way you treat it is your own responsibility, so take care of what you have been given.

Muscle building is not without its pain barriers but if you are in serious pain then damage is more than likely being done to your body. You will need to know whereabouts your major organs and muscles are, so you can have some knowledge of if damage is being done and to what. If you have a personal coach then you will be discussing these major organs and muscles quite a lot, so you need to have some degree of knowledge. Regarding pain in body building, you will soon come to realise what is normal and what is not when you are working out. Stop immediately if you think you are doing yourself any harm or an injury has occured. Never continue and push through the pain, you could end up with an injury that cannot be repaired fully.

Take measurements of your body each week, as you will never be able to see the changes with your naked eye straight away but you will be able to tell when you measure yourself accurately. Seeing as though the changes are gradual, it is better to take the measurements every week and write them down, it will make you feel like you are really acheiving something if you can see the differences in ink. Whereas if you cannot see any change in the mirror, you may become tempted to overtrain and possibly causing yourself injury in the process. You could also take photographs and compare them each other and then you will be able to see how far exactly you have come.

Have a detailed work out plan as well and write down all the exercises you do and the areas of your body that you have worked out, this way you will not overwork one area of the body and miss out on others. This will help you to avoid injury in the long run as well.

Listen to the muscle building experts, they are there to help you after all. Employ the knowledge of a good nutritionist and a personal trainer. Make sure you always seek advice from your doctor before you start a bodybuilding program so that you can make sure that everything is okay before you start body building.

Beginning Muscle Building Exercise

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

There are numerous ways to start body building whether professionally or as an amateur. The main mistake that the majority of new starters make, is that they go to the nearest gym to them and begin working out on the weights. Body building is a complex sport and requires so much more than jumping into the first gym they see.

A proper muscle building routine will involve many factors including good and healthy nutrition and diet, training in an effective and efficient way, taking the correct supplements for you, and getting plenty of rest and recouperation. When thinking of these things there are right ways and wrong ways to go about all of it.

If you are thinking about beginning body building then you need to get as much information as you possibly can before starting. There is an abundance of information available on the internet for you to peruse, such information as eating the right foods, building particular muscles and many other various aspects of body building. It can be confusing to just read random info about supplements, so when gathering information on bodybuilding supplements, proceed with caution.

When you first start, it may be beneficial to use a personal trainer. Many are affordable and professional and will help you in your starting quest to become a muscle builder, whether professional or an amateur one. The personal trainers should educate you in performing the exercises correctly, proper eating habits and nutrition. They will also be able to advise you on all the right supplements to take to help you in your training. First and foremost though, the personal trainer should advise you to go and see a doctor and get medical clearance before starting a body building schedule. If the trainer you have diod not ask or has not asked yet, then find someone who does. This should always be their first question that they ask you.

Only whne you have properly educated yourself on the sport and techniques of body building should you then start. Having a good, professional trainer will help you do this as well. It really is a mistake to try and start muscle building on your own, if you do, you could face permanent damage and injury.

You Can Build Bigger Biceps

Thursday, April 30th, 2009

When you’re at the gym, take a minute and watch all the people working out their biceps. Do you fit in with these kind of people? Do you workout your biceps every time you go to the gym? I’m going to show you some tips on how you can build bigger biceps beyond anything you could imagine.

You can’t get bigger biceps by only exercising your biceps, and ignoring the rest of your body. Instead, you need a good muscle building routine that will encourage muscle growth everywhere. Be sure the work out program you follow includes fundamental exercises that work out the entire body, and keep isolation exercises to a minimum. Exercises such as the squat and the dead lift are two primary examples of exercises that encourage solid muscle growth throughout your whole body. When you find a good overall routine which includes these exercises you will be laying the foundation to get bigger arms.

When it comes to bodybuilding, often less is more. There are some people that think the more sets you do the bigger your biceps will get. Unfortunately, this is not true. Work on keeping your sets to a minimum, and try to increase your weight each workout. If you work out your arms too much they will not have the time to properly recuperate, and you’ll be doing more harm than good.

If you want to build bigger biceps you need to incorporate these 2 basic exercises. If you want bigger arms you must include barbell curls and dumbbell curls. Talk to anyone who has big arms, and I guarantee they incorporate these 2 basic exercises in their biceps routine. Focus on slowly increasing your reps and the amount of weight you use, and you will see your biceps grow over time.

If you want bigger biceps than proper form is critical. To most people this is obvious, but it’s surprising at the amount of people who ignore proper form when their working their biceps. Very often ego is the reason. A lot of people try to exercise with way too much weight, either to impress themselves or the people around them. Workout hard and don’t forget good form equals good results.

Follow a solid muscle building program in combination these tips and I guarantee you will see impressive results. For more information visit Muscle Building Program.
