One of the best looking palms around to have and to grow are the foxtail palm trees.  It is a spectacular palm tree named because of it’s foliage.Each leaf has the look of a foxtail.The name is derived because of that very fact.It first was discovered in Australia but since then has been grown in different landscapes.Since the foxtail is native to Australia you will have to take care of it in a specific way.  In this article we are going to look at the various ways.

First of all you have to be aware of the climate that foxtail palm thrives in. When Coaching Youth Soccer and as with any profession, there is a list of things that a soccer coach should always follow. You’re probably thinking to yourself that some of these may be common sense, but are you following it?

1. Don’t make speeches. Especially if you’re coaching young kids, making them sit through long lectures is a great way to bore them out of their minds and disinterested in soccer really fast. This as nothing to do with your players age group. When it comes to making speeches and giving instructions, make it short and sweet.

2. Don’t complicate things. When coaching a soccer exercise you should try to keep it as simple as possible. People have problems in implementing complecated things. It’s really easy for the kids to lose interest and attention when a coach tries to implement and demonstrate drills with lots of diagrams and instructions.

3. Don’t be a ball boy- during a soccer practice ball will be travelling all over the field. Leave them alone! Make your players go run and get the balls that they shoot out of the field. You can even make it a rule that if they score they don’t have to catch it anymore for that day.

4. In case you have some kids to help in getting the balls, make sure they do not participate in the drills. This simply signals a laxity in discipline- ball boys are just there to get the ball. If they ask to be part of the practice session, make them know that they can’t do both.

5. Never, ever criticize the player. Never blame a player for missing a goal or a shot. Point out the flaws in their technique or skill and do that calmly. Screaming at a player for being ’stupid’ is a great way to make them want to leave your team.

6. While Coaching Youth Soccer, explain it clearly and as briefly as possible. Then demonstrate it- your players will pick it up quickly if they see how it’s done. Conversely, don’t try and demonstrate something that you can’t do.

7. Health and safety should always be foremost in a coach’s mind. This means making sure that the ground and the equipment are in good shape before your soccer training session starts. Remember that if a kid sprains his ankle because the ground was slippery, then it’s technically your fault.

8. Don’t leave the parents out in the dark. Make sure you hold meetings from time to time with parents and keep them informed about future events and the team’s concerns. Keep in your mind that parents can always help you improve your coaching activities.

In order to gain emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual stability, you have to develop your abundance. The process to develop abundance actually involves internal and external motivations. For people to experience success, happiness, and abundance, they need to reflect on their own selves giving importance to honesty not only towards other people but to self as well. It is quite easier said than done but once you do you will really appreciate the great benefits it brings.

We can say that people lack abundance when they fail to show that they are satisfied in life. What most people misunderstood about abundance is satisfaction and where to get it. As generally thought of, people would only experience abundance when they are satisfied with material things and wealth. The fact is people would still lack abundance despite their wealth and riches. Some of them would even feel miserable although they are the richest men on earth. This is because most of the wealthiest people do not care to have warm relationship with other people making their lives unhappy and less exciting.

So to develop abundance, you need to focus on the way you approach life, including your patterns of thought, your emotional habits and your inner beliefs. However, you can make a significant difference in your life when you are willing to change your manner of thinking and speaking. You will also benefit by developing maturity and emotional responses that are positive.

Although all of us are living in a world that is full of abundance, still it is very annoying that not all people have an abundant life. Perhaps because people tend to neglect the fact that in order to get the abundance full y developed, one should open up the ways through which it will flow. If one will clear the inner being from all the negative emotions and attitudes like unforgiving spirit, worries, anger, guilt, shame, and many more, there is a great possibility that abundance will flow from within.

You should be ready and willing to overcome any personal demons when you are serious about developing abundance. Unfortunately, victims often continue life as victims. The negative trauma and events that they experience causes them to become stuck in the cycle. Living an abundant life includes the ability to let go of past insults and injuries.

Developing abundance goes hand in hand with positive self-improvement. Your journey to abundance involves taking an honest look at your life, evaluating your belief system and taking note of any recurring thought patterns. After honestly considering these things, you are now in a position to set your personal development and goals for healing that will encourage your ability to experience an abundant life.

Change is never easy. But in today’s modern society there are many ways that help can be gained. Things like CBT (cognitive behavior therapy), applied kinesiology and EFT are all methods currently being exploited by people in various walks of life. The essential basic to being able to develop abundance in your life is being determined to do so and to persevere.

But changing the inner person is in itself not enough. We have to see and shape the things that are going on around us. We need to be positive and develop a plan for progressing with our move from where we are now into a position of abundance.

The road to abundance is trodden via a combination of inner change and outer focus. There are many people who although they are good goal setters and achievers don’t benefit from an abundant life because they simply do not believe or even see it. Having the benefit is no good if you do not know how to appreciate it. It is like having no benefit at all and cannot create happiness or contentment. To truly benefit from abundance you must first be able to recognize it, and second, you must be able to appreciate it.

Developing abundance in your life will enrich not only your life, but the lives of others as well. In developing abundance we grow our appreciation of everything and everyone around us. We become part of the abundance of our universe and enable others to start their own journey on the road to an abundant life.
