Learn Remote Viewing

Remote viewing is the psychic ability that pertains to the ability to see places, people, and objects that are not within the range of the outer five senses. This means you wouldn’t be able to see or hear it by natural means, but your own innate psychic ability can be trained to perceive things without you needing to be there in person.

Let’s make a clarification, here, though. Remote viewing isn’t the same as having an out of body experience. Instead, astral travel, also called an ‘out of body experience,’ actually involves you traveling in spirit form to witness firsthand an event or place.

In contrast to astral travel, remote viewing is a kind of psychic dowsing. That is, the remote viewer is using his or her psychic power to be able to see locations not visible to the physical eye. In other words, someone doing remote viewing is using a kind of ESP to ’see’ what is happening within a given location.

All humans have a form of latent psychic ability that was never developed fully when we were young. Considering that most of us only ever use around 10% of our brain’s capacity, there’s another 90% of dormant brainpower left untapped and untrained that we aren’t quite sure what to do with.

Imagine being able to reach out and just know that your children are okay while they’re away from family. The security and peace of mind that comes with being able to use remote viewing for beneficial needs is priceless.

What makes remote viewing different to other forms of psychic abilities is that anyone can learn how to do it. Studies on many non-psychic people have shown that once these people had been taught to enter into a sufficient trance-like state, they were able to engage in remote viewing with high levels of accuracy.

Here are some simple remote viewing techniques you can try on your own:

*Sit down in a quiet place and in a comfortable chair. Make sure you’re not distracted by anything like noises, lights, hunger, or other discomfort.

*Relax and breathe deeply through your nose. You will find your breathing may be easier to control if you press your tongue lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also curb your tendency to yawn during this phase.

*Belief is a key element in your remote viewing success rate. As you descend deeper into your relaxed state, you need to believe that you are capable of seeing people, events, or places that you’ve never physically seen.

*Start with something simple, so that you can test your abilities and show yourself that you’re indeed capable of doing this kind of psychic viewing. For example, you could ‘place yourself’ in a standing position in front of the ‘you’ that is sitting relaxed in a chair. Now, look back over your shoulder at the ‘relaxed’ you, and see if you can see yourself sitting there. It can be a little trying it first to try to see yourself from this perspective, but patience is necessary. When you can finally see yourself from this position, it’s a marvelous surprise.

*Once you’ve mastered this exercise and can see yourself from a remote perspective in this way, try something a little bit more far-reaching. For example, maybe you can target a location that you’re very familiar but that you are still some distance from, such as a friend or family member’s home. Notice little things that may have changed since your last visit there, such as books on the coffee table, a new plant or flowerpot, or children’s toys scattered on the floor. As soon as you can, call that person and ask him or her to confirm whether or not what you saw with your remote viewing is actually what was there. This type of reinforcement will show you that you really are capable of doing remote viewing, so it’s important that you do this.

It is possible to amend these remote viewing exercises to include two people so that you’ll have your feedback and results much more quickly. Instead of viewing places or people you want to see, have a friend sit in another room and repeat a simple movement, like a hand wave or pulling hair. Try to determine through your remote viewing exercises what action your friend is repeating and compare notes to get your results.

Once you have spent some time practicing your remote viewing techniques you may find that it’s much easier and quicker to get yourself into a relaxed state. This state is very similar to the trance-like relaxation people achieve under hypnosis. Even though they are still wide awake, the body is relaxed enough to access the sub-conscious mind.

Our psychic abilities are much more easily accessible via the sub-conscious, so the more you practice your remote viewing techniques, the better you’ll become.
